Description:
This is my version of a Philly cheesesteak (Cooking MY Way - get it) - by no means should this be confused with one from Pat's or Gino's - Mine is better! lol
Ingredients:
Thin sirloin steaks pounded very thin
1 baguette
.25 white American cheese
1 cup bechamel
1 medium onion
mayo
redneck pepper
Preparation:
slice the onion thin and brown in a large pan
add the steak and cook to your liking
add the cheese to the bechamel and let melt
lightly cover the baguette with some mayo and toast under the broiler
