Tasty homemade hamburgers that's sure to fill your appetite!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
3 onions
4 tomatoes
lettuce
Italian seasoning
cheddar cheese
pickles
mayonnaise
onion rolls/buns
Preparation:
1) Form ground beef into generous sized patties.
2) Cut onions in thick slices.
3) Cut ends of pickles then slice them lengthwise.
4) Cut cheese lengthwise.
5) Shred lettuce.
6) Place patties on the grill to cook. Season with Italian seasoning while cooking. Let each side cook for about six minutes (don''t push down the patties).
7) When burgers are almost cooked, place cheese on top to melt a little. When done, set aside.
8) Spread mayonnaise on one side of onion roll. Put burger on bun then dress according to your liking.
