Description:
Simple, easy to make, egg and cheese sandwich
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Butter
Cheese (of your choice)
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Bread (of your choice)
Preparation:
- Cut/slice several pieces of your favorite cheese
- Butter a frying pan and heat; mid/high
- Frying pan 2 eggs, careful not to break the yolk
- Pepper eggs lightly
- Turn over (flip) eggs gently
- Layer cheese on eggs
- Use 2 pieces of un-toasted bread, spread mayonnaise on both sides
- After 45 seconds to 1 minute, remove eggs from stove and place on bread
Get a napkin! If cooked properly, the yolk will run down your hands.
